I live outside the UK - Will the DVD play in my country?

Every DVD we sell will successfully play in the UK and Europe.

DVDs which are marked Region ALL will successfully play outside Europe with the possible exception of the United States, Canada and a few other territories which use the NTSC TV system.

If you live in the United States or Canada please read the important information here.

If you live outside Europe, DVDs which are not marked as Region ALL may not play in your area. For more info please refer to our DVD Region Guide.

Why can’t I checkout with the item in my cart?

If you get the message ‘Some items in your cart don’t ship to your location. Contact the store for more information.’ this means you are trying to buy a DVD which is not compatible to play in your country. For instance, UK PAL DVDs may not play in US DVD players so we block US residents from buying them. If you are certain you can play the disc please contact us quoting the title, your country of residence and confirmation you have the necessary hardware to play the disc and we will amend the listing so that you may complete checkout and purchase the item.

Can you accept any other forms of payment?

Yes, if you live in the UK we can also accept payment via cheque or crossed postal order. In these instances please contact us to arrange. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. These payment options are not available to overseas customers.

Can you deliver to a third party address?

Yes, but it must be selected as the delivery address at the time you make your payment. We can only deliver to the address supplied at the point of payment.

Can you deliver to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address?

No sorry, we no longer offer delivery to BFPO addresses.

Whats the long number underneath each DVD title?

The number is the EAN or barcode number. This is the 13 digit product identifier found underneath the barcode on each DVD. We display it as this helps search engines find our items more easily.

Can you reduce your price on this item?

No sorry, all items have been carefully priced according to rarity and condition and the price displayed is our current selling price for the item.

Are you sure the region marked for this DVD is correct?

Yes. All disc details published on our website are 100% correct. We take all information from viewing the disc itself - not the packaging details which can sometimes be incorrect or incomplete. We use region identifier software to double check every item we sell.

Can I sell some DVDs to you?

No sorry. We don’t buy DVDs from members of the public.

Can you find a DVD which isn’t listed for sale on your website?

No sorry. We only sell the DVDs listed for sale on our website. If the item you are interested in buying is out of stock you may contact us to send you a DVD Alert when the title is back in stock.

Do I have to sign up and login to your website to buy a DVD?

No, you can make a purchase as a guest if you wish. However we would recommend joining us as it will give you a better experience when shopping and making purchases in our store.
